You can ask Care Craft Dental Center to delete the personal information we hold about you, including your Facebook Messenger details. This page shows how. It applies to our website, our patient system and our Messenger chat.
How to ask us to delete your data
- Send us a request. Use any one of these:
- Email info@carecraftdental.com with the subject “Delete my data”.
- Message our Facebook Page on Messenger: m.me/114517023287565, and write “Delete my data”.
- Call or text +63 927 678 9075, or tell the clinic staff in person.
- Tell us who you are. Give your full name and date of birth, and your Patient ID if you have one. If you use Messenger, tell us the name shown on your Messenger account. We use this only to find your records and to make sure nobody else can delete them.
- We confirm and delete. We will reply to say that we received your request. We will then delete what we can and tell you what we have done. We aim to finish within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your Messenger link and your Messenger user ID in our system, and the messages we saved from your chat.
- Booking requests and online registrations that never became a patient record.
- Your contact details used for reminders, when we no longer need them.
- Your whole patient record, if you ask for it and the law allows it (see the next section).
What we may have to keep
Some records we are required to keep by law, even after you ask. These are mainly:
- invoices and payment records needed for tax and accounting;
- dental treatment records that Philippine law or professional rules require a dentist to keep for a set period.
If we must keep something, we will tell you what and why. We will restrict its use to what is required, and delete it when the required period ends.
Stop Messenger messages without deleting everything
- Reply STOP to any automatic message from us.
- Or delete the chat or block our Page in Messenger. Deleting the chat on your side does not remove our copy, so please also send us the request above.
Read how we use your information in our Privacy Policy. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
